Commands and permissions
Every command, what it does, and the permission it needs.

For everyone#

In /utp audio, the player can also be a selector: @a for everyone, @a[distance=..20] for everyone nearby…
Most commands also work from the console — handy in your rides' and shows' own commands. The ones that need you to stand somewhere or look at something (/utp admin, /utp photo, /utp board create) only work in the game.
Permissions#

All of them are given to server operators by default. To give one to someone else, use your permissions plugin. With LuckPerms:
/lp group staff permission set utp.operator true
/lp user Alex permission set utp.admin true
With LuckPerms, utp.command.* gives all the utp.command permissions at once.
